El Pachuco
In Barcelona, late-night tacos don’t come from Taco Bell - they come from El Pachuco, your post-clubbing pitstop for the best Mexican food you can get your hands on. If you’re having a tough time picking just one place to eat, choose El Pachuco. Not only is this place dirt cheap, but the nachos come fully loaded and the tacos are out of this world delicious.
Por Estas Calles
Ever had Venezuelan street food? Now’s your chance - Por Estas Calles is known for its excellent Venezuelan cuisine and is a great place to head for a quick and cheap bite to eat. With a wide array of burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, Por Estas Calles is your place to pig out with some remarkable fried food. Plus, if you’re staying at Kabul Party Hostel (as you should), you’ll be a stone’s throw away from your bed once you finish eating. Can’t beat that.
La Pepita
Hooked on tapas? A favorite among tourists and locals alike, La Pepita is known for its delicious and affordable cuisine, friendly atmosphere, and cozy setting. For a late-night taste of authentic Spanish tapas before you call it a night (or morning), La Pepita is the place to go.
The Box
You’ve never seen a hot dog until you go to The Box in Barcelona. Located in a cozy bar, The Box offers huge hot dogs with an eccentric array of toppings, sauces, and flavor combinations (think applesauce). And oh by the way, they’re incredible. Even if you’re not a hot dog fan, you’ll get a kick out of this late night snack spot, which offers a vast array of carefully prepared craft cocktails as well.
The Benedict
If you’re traveling with some difficult friends and you can’t quite agree on one place to eat, check out The Benedict, a small bistro which offers everything from Salads and Sandwiches to Burgers and breakfast foods. While The Benedict isn’t the cheapest place to eat at this time of night, its affordable and offers a fun atmosphere with Latin Music and delicious cocktails perfect for a nightcap.
Las Fernández
Widely known as one of the best late - night restaurants in Barcelona, Las Fernández is almost always filled with people and booked up in advance. This small, family-owned spot offers a cheerful atmosphere and authentic catalan cuisine. What Las Fernández lacks in size, it makes up for in taste, as this is some of the best food you’ll eat in Barcelona. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE.
